2. Delivery Timeline

We ship nationwide across Pakistan. Our estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2 to 3 business days.

  • Other Regions: 3 to 5 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may be slightly longer during sale events or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of Rs. 250 for all orders nationwide.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above Rs. 7,000.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure the correct amount is ready at the time of delivery to avoid any delays.

6. Undelivered Packages

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.
