We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery. If there is a sizing issue or you wish to exchange your item for a different color (subject to availability), you can initiate an exchange request within this period.

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure:

Any item that shows signs of wear or has been laundered will not be accepted for exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during Flash Sales, Clearance, or Promotional events are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

For hygiene and quality control, damaged or altered items caused by the customer will not be accepted.

5. Refund & Store Credit
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. In the event that a size is out of stock or you prefer not to exchange for another item, we will issue Store Credit (Voucher). This credit can be used for any future purchase on our website and has no expiration date.
